Since opening in November 2005, Waterfront City has quickly established a reputation as an exciting new centre for major events and concerts.   Two enormous LED screens have been designed specifically for the Waterfront City Piazza and maximize viewing from anywhere in the public area. The screens are accompanied by a cutting-edge audio system, providing high fidelity sound throughout the entire piazza.   With a capacity of 10,000 people, the piazza is  the heart of Melbourne Docklands.   Waterfront City has played host to a wide variety of events, the precinct is always open to new event ideas, so if you've got one - let us know.   Licensed buskers are also welcome in the Waterfront City Piazza and Promenade!
